科研简介

本课题组依托食品安全与生物分析教育部重点实验室,研究方向为食品安全分析、生物化学传感器及颗粒物生物毒性研究等。目前已在SCI期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中在Chem. Sci.和Anal. Chem.等期刊发表第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文10余篇。申请专利1项(已授权)
